A simple, ready-in-a-flash dessert that combines juicy fresh peaches with a crunchy, sugar-crusted top.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches and 3 tbsp. of sugar. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches and 3 tbsp. of sugar. Set aside.

Sprinkle about ⅓ of the dough mixture into the bottom of the baking dish, forming an even layer. Add the peaches, then sprinkle the remaining dough mixture on top of the peaches
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle your Turbinado (or granulated) sugar on top of the crust. Continue baking at the same temperature for 10 minutes, then finish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Remove the cobbler from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
